Freedman deepens insight-driven localisation positioning with WFA sponsorship
Freedman International, insight-driven localisation experts, are due to be one of four sponsors partnering with the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) at the inaugural Forum Connect event, taking place in Amsterdam on the 8th November 2022.
WFA Forum Connect will offer the best of both worlds; the inspiration and networking of a world-leading brand-owner conference, alongside world-class knowledge exchange; all focused on furthering members’ approaches to marketing effectiveness. The event will see attendees break into one of four specialised forums (insight, marketing, sourcing & media) to discuss how their specialism can directly impact marketing effectiveness.
Freedman International has been supporting brands to build their presence globally in a smart and effective way for over 30 years. They continue to provide brands with a unique service offering, covering all aspects of cultural expertise, from local insights through to transcreation & adaptation and the production of local assets.
Insights continue to be the primary driver when it comes to building and executing effective localisation strategies. Freedman’s insight-driven localisation model, including the newly launched suite of Local Insight Products, has evolved over the years, while working with a variety of global brands, and reflects the importance of having access to local insights early on in a multi-market growth strategy.
Kevin Freedman, CEO at Freedman International, comments ‘We are delighted to be representing Insight at such a prestigious event. [At Freedman] we are passionate about the power of local cultural insights on the overall effectiveness of global-to-local campaigns’
He continues ‘Freedman has evolved over the last 30 years, adapting our approach based on our experience working with some of the biggest global brands, including Meta, Fitbit, Indeed, EA and many more. The importance of local insights and strategic guidance has become essential to ensuring accurate, relevant and effective campaigns, which save brands time and money, not to mention potential reputational damage, with campaigns that are incorrect and worst-case scenario offensive’
Robert Dreblow, Global Head of Marketing Services at WFA – ‘We are delighted to have Freedman International onboard with us in Amsterdam this November sponsoring our Insight Forum. We are selective with how we choose our sponsors and partners at WFA and are confident Freedman’s support will help us to further discussions, and actions, around global marketing effectiveness.’
