Every year, the Independent Agency Awards are an opportunity to recognise the exceptional creativity, resilience and agility provided by independent agencies. The IAA awards bring together experts from both sides of the creative fence, with 50% of judges working client side and 50% agency side. This year, three Freedman experts were selected to judge the IAA:

- Matthias Gray, Global Strategy Director is judging in the FMCG/Retail category
- Neil Carter, Global Head of Production is judging in the best B2B and best Digital Product categories
