Growing a global brand
Freedman work with one of the world’s leading job search sites. Global growth is a critical part of their long-term strategy, and although they have established themselves in key global markets, they needed to ensure they remained ahead of the competition and maintained market share. The client decoupled production and moved away from a network agency model, seeking out best-of-breed independent agencies and bringing capabilities in house. They set out to find a globalisation partner that could support their teams and boutique agency partners to help their brands grow globally.
Freedman were appointed as global implementation partner in late 2016. The first campaign we managed was launching the brand in India, which required close work with the client’s creative and media agencies. Freedman were able to draw upon extensive campaign coordination experience to ensure clear and effective communication between the partner agencies and the client’s team, enabling an agile and well coordinated campaign.
Freedman delivered a multimillion-dollar campaign across multiple channels including TV, out of home, print and online video in eight Indian cities.
Freedman continues to handle the client’s global implementation requirements and have designed and built new processes to ensure smoother communication across all partner agencies, enabling better coordination, greater responsiveness and faster campaign delivery.
