As the Junior Project Manager you will have some experience in project management. You will work closely with the client team to deliver client projects within specific time frames and budget. You will support the Project Manager to ensure that project requirements are fully defined, well planned and review current processes to ensure best practice.

You are reliable, detailed orientated and you challenge yourself, your work, your team members and your clients when appropriate. You are curious and question vs taking any brief and executing the work. You are keen to know the details yet have the openness to see the bigger picture. You are a strong team player, open and collaborative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Essentially you are solution driven and can run autonomously but know when to bring in management for check ins and input. You are great with client communication and relationship, your mindset always being around the client’s needs and our evolving partnership.


Your key responsibilities are:


  • Support in managing the production of multilingual TV,Radio, print, OOH and digital campaigns for our clients to achieve their global marketing goals
  • Help to determine resource requirements (e.g. in-market specialists, producers, budget, timing, process)
  • Ensure management and successful delivery of client expectations, keeping all stakeholders informed of the progress of projects (internal & external) and dealing with or escalating any issues efficiently
  • Review existing processes and suggest creative ways to adapt existing project management processes to tailor them to ensure optimal client satisfaction and most efficient ways of working
  • Gather on a regular basis project learnings and define how these can be applied moving forward
  • Support in assessing project risk level and how to solve any challenges you foresee
  • Create, own and drive the project plan with the support of senior management, managing and developing process for scope changes
  • Role model our principles, methods and Freedman tools to effectively manage projects under their accountability from start through to delivery with support
  • Help to develop project management tools and processes as necessary
  • Support with client inductions and demos to Freedman tools
  • Hold responsibility for the quality of the project deliverables and communications
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the clients and their creative team, media agency and production teams


  • With support oversee financial status of live projects, reporting updates and feedback to the team and track these into our internal documents
  • Help to manage project budget, ensuring it is delivered in line with target margin and seeking to maximise revenue through efficient project delivery (profit margin)
  • Provide weekly reporting/monitoring of project performance including financial updates
  • Spot opportunities for new projects and create an approach and process for unlocking the work
  • Help to contribute to business development efforts through project scoping, estimating and planning, and attending sales calls when required
  • Communicate ideas and industry trends on particular subject matter to colleagues through informal communication and formal presentations and training sessions

  • An understanding of localisation and campaign planning from brief to delivery
  • An interest in, and working knowledge of, the commercial elements of projects and client accounts, with experience of tracking, quoting and reporting key financial information e.g. profits, margins
  • Some experience gained working on client account within a creative/marketing agency
  • Experience managing a portfolio of design and digital projects
  • A logical approach to client and account management
  • Experience in building successful relationships & ability to rapidly earn trust both internally and externally
  • An interest in, and working knowledge of, the commercial elements of projects and client accounts
  • Exceptional attention to detail
