ABOUT YOU

The Junior Campaign Manager will have some experience in project and account management

As the Junior Campaign Manager, your role is to monitor the delivery of each project. You will work closely with the internal studios, language and finance team, ensuring that each project runs on time to the specified cost, quality and performance. You are all knowing in regard to the client and a reliable member of the team, working across a range of challenging projects and managing the day-to-day account logistics. You will work towards becoming the client’s day to day contact and being a trusted, efficient and personable partner to the client and the internal teams.

You are reliable, detailed orientated and you challenge yourself, your work, your team members and your clients when appropriate. You are curious and question vs taking any brief and executing the work. You are keen to know the details yet have the openness to see the bigger picture. You are a strong team player, open and collaborative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Essentially you are solution driven and can run autonomously but know when to bring in management for check ins and input. You are great with client communication and relationship, your mindset always being around the client’s needs and our evolving partnership.

 

WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

Projects

  • Managing the day-to-day language and production work: briefings, coordination, liaison with in-market specialists
  • Ensuring the work is per brief and to client expectations, filtering the work received from all parties and sharing your recommendations
  • Ensuring all work is on time and per wider project/campaign timeline
  • Recapping client calls and key meetings via email with next steps and timings
  • Tracking and reporting of project/campaign statuses
  • Helping originate the briefs to the in-market specialists, briefing them and helping with the setup of the process
  • Creating timing plans for all projects/campaigns ahead of project kick off
  • Managing the in-market specialists work and ensuring they are following the brief and work is per client expectations
  • Becoming the client’s day to day contact
  • Support and management of brand guidelines

 

Finance

  • Creating and opening of project job numbers in our finance system for new projects
  • Creating client estimates and collating and tracking internal/supplier costs
  • Supporting in the management of the finance and time sheet trackers

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE/KNOW

  • Experience in building successful relationships & rapidly earning trust both internally and externally
  • An interest in, and working knowledge of, the commercial elements of projects and client accounts, with experience of tracking, quoting and reporting key financial information e.g. profits, margins
  • Some experience gained working on client account within a creative/marketing agency
  • Experience managing a portfolio of design and digital projects
  • A logical approach to client and account management
  • Experience in building successful relationships & ability to rapidly earn trust both internally and externally
  • An interest in, and working knowledge of, the commercial elements of projects and client accounts
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ambitious nature with a strong drive to progress and succeed, both as a team and as an individual
  • An interest in innovation and advertising/marketing and a working knowledge of the industry
