Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Support the growth of the Freedman International through researching and identifying new potential leads;
  • Support the New Business Director by providing timely information about prospects;
  • Research and identify new potential targets and present findings to senior team members;
  • Contact prospective clients to enquire about needs and share the values of Freedman services;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM (HubSpot) tool records;
  • Arrange calls and meetings between New Business Director and prospective or existing clients in a professional manner;
  • Support Head of Marketing on outreach and nurturing campaigns in HubSpot;
  • Pro-actively assist wider client management and marketing teams with administrative tasks;
  • Support the development of pitch/proposal decks and content;
  • Maintain library of new business slides and responses;
  • Be the go-to person for HubSpot related enquiries.
  • Ad hoc related tasks as required.



  • Experience in an office environment;
  • Strong MS Office or G-Suite skills;
  • Experience of gathering and presenting data;
  • Commercial awareness and genuine interest in learning about marketing and big brand landscape;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Confident personality: able to speak and present to stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Positive, pro-active and helpful attitude.
