We are currently seeking an Adaptation Producer to join our team. They will work on a variety of accounts, producing and delivering TV, radio, online and cinema assets globally. Have a good understanding of media plans, re-versioning workflows, post-production and directing in-market VO sessions. All the while radiating a positive and upbeat attitude.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage production, adaptation, and delivery of videos for TV and online, radio, and cinema for multiple markets with 3rd party suppliers and the in-house team
  • Organise voice over sessions in multiple markets, direct sessions and manage all parties involved including linguists, clients, and talent
  • Liaise with the TV Admin department on clearances, copy rotations, and playouts
  • Work closely with the account teams putting together production timings on briefs, ensuring live dates are met
  • Liaise with media agencies, understand and interpret media plans, scoping out the production required
  • Create clear and informative briefing documents for all parties involved
  • Assist the account teams on broadcast and video quotes, managing budgets, and resources.
  • Liaise with Creative agencies to ensure master assets are correct and suitable for adaptation
  • Oversee QC on all outputs, ensuring all assets are delivered to a high standard
  • Liaise with market Brand managers for file approvals and manage feedback
  • Keep the key stake holders updated with projects, escalating any issues to necessary parties
  • Be able to handle multiple projects at any given moment, sometimes with tight turnarounds
  • Become a master of broadcast requirements and clearance lookouts to foresee clearance issues and guide the client appropriately, early in the creative process.
  • Stay abreast of latest industry developments and standards, and successfully apply them to working practices to support process improvements
  • Contribute towards defining and delivering against the Production department’s vision and objectives
  • Help to improve Production processes via regular participation in post-project reviews
  • Build solid relationships and foster effective ways of working with key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Raise your internal profile through knowledge sharing and internal presentations

 


WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE/KNOW

  • A strong understanding of localisation and campaign planning from brief to delivery
  • At 1-3 years’ experience within a production team of an agency
  • Knowledge and experience working with video files for broadcast
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of clearance body requirements
  • Excellent adaptability and problem-solving approach
  • A pro-active, practical, patient, and diplomatic approach
  • Self-starter approach, able to accomplish goals with broad direction and minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills

Salary

£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
