Senior Account Manager

Independent insight-driven localisation agency, heading into an exciting phase of growth, based at the heart of Covent Garden, with an awesomely talented team, are seeking a rock star Senior Account Manager.

What you will be doing

Client Management & Delivery

  • Taking the lead on all work associated to your clients, keeping all stakeholders informed of the progress of projects and dealing with or escalating any issues efficiently.
  • You’ve got to love talking to people, always looking for ways to improve and build our reputation as trusted advisors.
  • Enjoy being part of a dream team, working closely with the Account Director providing updates on the progress of client projects.
  • Taking the lead on client calls and meetings providing progress updates and gather feedback, pro-actively addressing any concerns or project issues.
  • Present ideas to clients, demonstrating and developing an in-depth understanding of your client’s context, competitors, and industry.
  • Always looking for feedback – leading customer surveys to improve our services to the client.



  • Draft proposals, presentations and pitch work for discussion with your Account Director.
  • You’ll be a Freedman champion, with a deep understanding of our business and offering to present and answer questions whenever needed.
  • Track and manage account forecasts, attending and preparing for status meetings with the Finance team and Account Director to ensure all targets are met.
  • Work closely with the finance team, submitting WIP and client monies information when requested and ensuring invoices are provided promptly.



  • Be proactive – suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate.
  • Supervise and manage any direct reports in their day-to-day role, providing effective line management.
  • It’s all about trust – showcase clear and effective management skills as well as the role model behaviours at your level.

  • Know your stuff with 2+ years working as an Account Manager within the marketing and advertising industry.

  • You have solid understanding of budgeting and reporting.
