My experience and expertise
I have spent many years working in sales and marketing in the airline sector. Helping to define global customer experience and to live the brand values were some of my key achievements in the loyalty marketing sector for Emirates Airline and Singapore Airlines. I understand the complex B2B channel in a competitive technology–driven, travel and airline industry environment, and the desire and need to have the most updated information communicated across many channels cost effectively.
