With more than seven new projects starting every day, hurried in-country work was duplicating costs and going off brand. freedman’s role was to co-ordinate a roster of pre-existing suppliers, chasing every stage of the project to meet a new time structure; to gain necessary approvals, check artwork, negotiate with suppliers, liaise with translators and manage distribution. And of course, keep Kodak’s own marketing teams in the loop.
